5. Orders and Contract Formation

All prices are shown in AED and are inclusive of VAT. Delivery charges are calculated and displayed at checkout once your delivery details have been entered. Prices will not increase after an order has been confirmed, other than to reflect a change in the applicable VAT rate.

Payment in full is required before your order is dispatched, using the payment methods available at checkout. Please let us know promptly if you notice any inaccuracies in your payment details. Subject to applicable law, we may charge reasonable costs incurred as a result of non-payment.

8. Delivery

• We currently deliver to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Al Ain, typically within 2–3 working days (weekends not included).
• The delivery fee shown at checkout applies unless a free or promotional delivery option is offered.
• Risk of loss or damage to your order remains with us until it is received by you.
• If we're unable to fulfil your order as placed, we'll contact you as soon as possible to offer a replacement, a refund, or a revised delivery time.

9. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

Because coffee is a perishable food product, orders cannot be cancelled or returned once dispatched, except where the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If there's a problem with your order, contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@hypehouseae.com and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 calendar days.

1. Delivery Timeframe

All orders are processed and delivered within 2 to 3 business days from the date of order confirmation. Business days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the UAE. Orders placed after cut-off times, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Fees

Orders up to AED 350 are charged a flat shipping fee of AED 25. Orders above AED 350 qualify for free standard delivery.

3. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Al Ain. Orders outside these areas cannot be accepted at checkout at this time.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed once payment has been successfully completed and verified. HypeHouse reserves the right to delay or cancel orders in cases of payment issues, suspected fraud, or incorrect information.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partner will make reasonable attempts to deliver your order. If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery:

• A re-delivery may be scheduled (additional charges may apply), or
• The order may be canceled without refund for shipping fees.

Returns & Refunds

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless defective:
