• You agree that you will not withdraw the Goods prior to 15 days after the date of delivery of the Goods to us. If you seek withdrawal of any item ( after 15 days ), we will be entitled to a withdrawal fee equal to 30 AED per item.

• To withdraw the goods please contact us two (2) days in advance to make sure your goods are pulled out and ready.

 

•  Upon any withdrawal, you will be responsible for picking up the subject Goods at our location during normal business hours, at which time you must present the applicable Confirmation together with your Emirates ID. We ( Hype House ) have no responsibility for dropping off your goods but we can assist through our local delivery partner in which case, they will set their delivery charge.
